Pay before pickup
Use the total and reference number we sent you to pay online, or pay when you collect from the pharmacy.
What you need
- The total amount from our SMS or WhatsApp message.
- Your payment reference in the format ######XX (example: 123456AB).
Enter your reference exactly in the payment description / reference field — for example 123456AB (six digits + two letters) — so we can match your payment.
Option 1 — PayID

- 1. Open your bank app and choose PayID.
- 2. Paste or enter our PayID.
- 3. Enter the exact total we quoted.
- 4. Put your reference (e.g. 123456AB) in the description.
- 5. Send the payment, then bring your usual ID or prescription when you pick up.

Option 3 — Pay at pickup
Prefer to pay when you collect? Card (EFTPOS / tap) and cash are welcome at the pharmacy counter. No online payment needed.

Keep your reference number. We match payments to orders using that code, then prepare your items for pickup. Delivery is not available yet.
